➡️ After you have successfully logged into your account, you will see a pop-up to ask you to consent to receive your 1042-S form electronically. Selecting "yes" would allow you download the 1042-S form once issued directly in your Sprintax Calculus account:
After you click "Yes" you will see the following pop-up, please click "Continue".
You will be directed to the “Your Details” section, which is located on the top navigation bar of the page. This section serves as the main area where you can view and update your personal information.
🔎 Within the “Your Details” section, you will find several subsections listed on the left-hand side of the screen. These subsections organize your information into different categories, making it easier to navigate and manage your profile details.
⚠️ Please note that some participants might see additional or different subsections depending on their specific circumstances. For example, you may have access to specialized subsections such as “ITIN Questions” or “Tax Treaties.” These sections are tailored to address particular needs or requirements relevant to your profile.
🚩 It is important to pay close attention to any questions or fields that have an asterisk (*) at the end. These indicate mandatory fields that must be completed. You will not be able to move forward to the next section or finalize your profile unless all required fields are properly filled out.
👉 Additionally, please be aware that much of the information displayed in these sections has already been pre-filled by IIE for your convenience. However, it is crucial that you carefully review each section to ensure all the details are accurate and up to date. If you find any information that is incorrect or missing, you should promptly complete or correct it to avoid any issues with your profile.
