👉 If you had no US income in 2025, you might still need to file Form 8843 based on your immigration status. Sprintax Returns software will determine this for you.
🚨 IMPORTANT: If you received Form 1042-S from IIE, be sure to select YES when asked about US income.
👉 A US Tax Identification Number (SSN or ITIN) is required on all Federal and state tax returns for proper processing.

Curricular Practical Training (CPT) allows F-1 students to gain practical experience through paid or unpaid work, internships, or co-op programs related to their major.
