In case you're not aware of your IIE ID and you're not sure where to find it, we got your back! Your IIE ID consists of 6 to 8 digit numbers, sometimes labeled as "Participant ID" or "IIE ID" and it starts with PS00.
There are several different ways to find your IIE ID:
📌 Check your official emails - Look through your emails from IIE or the program you’re part of (like Fulbright). Your IIE ID is often included in:
- Your welcome letter;
- Pre-departure orientation materials;
- DS-2019-related communications;
📌 IIE Portal / Fulbright Participant Portal - If your program uses a portal (like https://fulbright.iie.org), you might find your ID in your:
- Profile/account settings;
- Application or award documents;
📌 Contact Your Program Officer or Advisor If you’re unsure or cannot find it:
- Reach out to your IIE program officer, advisor, or support contact.
- You can email Fulbright@iie.org (or the email listed for your specific program) and request your ID. Ensure to include your full name, program name, and country.
