ℹ️ If you’ve forgotten your password or want to create a new one for security reasons, you can easily reset it using the Sprintax password reset process.
🔎 Changing your password:
📌 Step 1: Log in to your Sprintax account: https://www.sprintax.com/returns/
📌 Step 2: Go to Account Settings -> Navigate towards the right upper corner of your page and click on Manage Account:
📌 Step 3: Click on 'Security Settings':
📌 Step 4: Navigate to the Change Password section and click on 'Edit' to edit your current password:
🔎 Reseting your forgotten password:
To reset your password you have to click on 'Forgot password?' and then enter your email address:
⚠️ Once you've successfuly entered your email address, you should receive an automated email to your inbox with a special link through which you will be able to enter a new password.
💡 Tip: In case you're unable to locate such email, please ensure to check your Spam/Junk folder.
